You can choose from the finest selection of meats to take home or have freshly prepared for you in-house at Perry & Son’s Market & Grille, or dine at a Perry’s Steakhouse and watch as our attentive staff does a tableside carving of your Perry’s Famous Pork Chop.

For four decades, the Perry’s name has been known for offering the finest selections of food and top-notch customer service, which has led to a new restaurant concept, CARVE®, now open in Austin, Texas. Perry’s Restaurants is excited to announce the upcoming opening of their newest restaurant and bar concept, VERDAD True Modern Mexican, coming to Austin in summer 2023.

While our concepts vary greatly, they have one commonality: their drive to provide everyone who walks through their doors with an unbeatable dining experience fueled by flavor and focused on service.

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille®

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has earned a faithful following by perfecting prime since 1979. Beginning as a small butcher shop, Perry’s has grown into a renowned group of award-winning restaurants featuring USDA Prime beef, tableside carvings, signature selections, flaming desserts and handcrafted cocktails at its Bar 79. Specializing in a Rare and Well Done® experience, Perry’s currently operates steakhouse locations across Texas and in Birmingham, Chicago, Denver, Miami, Nashville and Raleigh. Additional concepts include Perry & Sons Market & Grille and CARVE American Grille.

Perry & Sons Market & Grille

The Perry family opened its first restaurant in 1979 as a modest meat market called Perry’s Butcher Shop and Deli. In 1986, their son, Chris Perry, came to work at the market and persuaded his father to add dining tables, paving the way for Perry & Sons Market & Grille Friendswood. For 40 years, Perry & Sons Market & Grille has offered the finest, freshest selections of choice steaks, pork, chicken, seafood and sides.

Located in Austin, Texas, CARVE® is reinventing the American grille experience and paying homage to our heritage of humble butcher shop beginnings. Here, you’ll find an innovative menu of ingredient-focused dishes using live fire, smoke, and wood grilling techniques that enhance the ambiance and flavors.

VERDAD True Modern Mexican

Perry’s Restaurants announces their newest restaurant and bar concept, VERDAD True Modern Mexican slated to open at The Grove in the heart of Central Austin in late summer 2023. VERDAD – which translates to “truth” – will pull from traditions cultivated throughout Mexican history to authentically capture and appreciate the relationship between the past and the present. VERDAD will bring this promise to life with authentic, ingredients-focused Mexican dishes modernized through high-end cooking technique and innovative presentation,  providing an elevated dining experience inspired by a steakhouse point-of-view. Follow the history as it unfolds through the VERDAD menu, robust collection of tequila, sweet treats and more!
