Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille has earned a faithful following by perfecting prime since 1979. Beginning as a small butcher shop, Perry’s has grown into a renowned group of award-winning restaurants featuring USDA Prime beef, tableside carvings, signature selections, and decadent desserts. Specializing in a Rare and Well Done® experience, Perry’s currently operates steakhouse locations across Texas and in Birmingham, Chicago, Denver, Miami, Nashville and Raleigh. The Perry family opened its first restaurant in 1979 as a modest meat market called Perry’s Butcher Shop and Deli. In 1986, their son, Chris Perry, came to work at the market and persuaded his father to add dining tables, paving the way for Perry & Sons Market & Grille Friendswood. For 40 years, Perry & Sons Market & Grille has offered the finest, freshest selections of choice steaks, pork, chicken, seafood and sides.

Perry’s Restaurant’s newest restaurant and bar concept, VERDAD True Modern Mexican is now open at The Grove in the heart of Central Austin. The English translation of the Spanish word verdad, is truth. VERDAD’s truth is founded in its interpretation of traditional Mexican favorites bringing a distinctively modern twist. A perfect fusion of authentic flavors and textures, handcrafted classics, and true culinary innovation harmoniously blend the past with the present.
