Since Bob Perry opened his original meat market in 1979, Perry’s has served up exceptional cuisine and customer satisfaction. In 1986, Bob Perry’s son, Chris Perry, expanded the butcher shop to include a dining area.
After forty years, Perry & Son’s Market & Grille continues to offer the finest, freshest selections of Perry’s choice steaks, pork, chicken, seafood and sides.
What is now Perry & Sons Market and Grille, they quickly gained popularity, inspiring Chris to create Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in 1993.
Paying homage to our Butcher Shop beginnings led to the creation of a third concept, CARVE American Grille. Located in Austin, Texas with locations in Barton Creek & Central Austin near W. 45th & Bull Creek.
Perry’s newest restaurant and bar concept, VERDAD True Modern Mexican, is now open in at The Grove in Central Austin.
